Wine and Fine Food Fair Participating Exhibitors Chai Bu Kuk – Wine Art Exhibition Ms. Chai Bu Kuk profile Wine Knowledge Bar Taste and learn unique characters and descriptors of different wines. Try the blind tasting game and win a shopping coupon.

2:00pm - 3:00pm	Wine and Food Matching (reservation required)* Renowned chef, Mr. Chow Chung, teamed up with wine expert, Mr. Andy Schaller, will come on stage to demonstrate cooking and talk about wine & food matching. Participants will have a chance to taste the food with the selected wine immediately after the demonstration. Entry Fee: HK$100 (All entry fees will be donated to Habitat for Humanity China)
4:00pm - 5:00pm	Wine Charity Auction Experience a live wine auction and bid for your favourite wine. All proceeds will be donated to the charitable organization, Habitat for Humanity China.
5:30pm - 7:00pm	Wine Tasting Seminar (reservation required)* Topic: All you need to know about wine in 90 minutes Speaker: Ms Kat Lee, Wine Consultant of Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd. Entry Fee: $100 (All entry fees will be donated to Habitat for Humanity China) Five different wines will be tasted.

2:00pm - 3:30pm	The First Hong Kong Wine Angel Competition The 12 final contestants will be tested on their wine knowledge, wine serving skills, in additional to their elegant catwalk styles.
4:00pm - 5:00pm	Wine Charity Auction Experience a live wine auction and bid for your favorites wine. All proceedings will be donated to the charitable organization, Habitat for Humanity China.
5:30pm - 6:30pm	Wine Investment Seminar (reservation required)* Topic: Liquid Gold? Speaker: Mr. Mark Arrowsmith, Senior Wine Broker of Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd. Entry Fee: $100 (All entry fees will be donated to Habitat for Humanity China) Champagne will be served in the seminar.
